Create your free account

Sign up with your email — no credit card required, no contracts. Your dashboard is ready in 30 seconds.

What you get: Full access to the seller dashboard including inventory management, order tracking, shipping calculator, and billing — all free before you ship your first order.

Connect your store

Link your Shopify store with one-click OAuth, or connect WooCommerce with your API key. Products and existing orders sync automatically within minutes.

Supported platforms: Shopify (one-click) and WooCommerce (API key). Once connected, new orders flow into your ShipLulu dashboard in real-time. Inventory levels sync back to your store to prevent overselling.

Send us your inventory

Create an inbound order in your dashboard, select which SKUs and quantities you're sending, then ship your products to our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Warehouse address: Provided in your dashboard after creating an inbound order. You can use any carrier to ship to us. What happens when it arrives: We receive your shipment, inspect each item, photograph it for your records, and shelve it in our warehouse — usually within 48 hours of arrival.

Review and approve orders

When your customer places an order, it automatically appears in your dashboard. Review the order, select a shipping channel, and approve. You can also set up default channels for automatic approval.

Channel selection: For each order, the system shows available shipping channels with estimated cost, delivery time, and carrier. Choose the best option or set default rules (e.g., "All EU orders → Economy channel"). Batch approve: Process hundreds of orders in one click with default channels.

We pick, pack, and ship

Once approved, our warehouse team picks the items, packs them, prints the shipping label, and hands the package to the carrier. Tracking numbers are automatically pushed back to your store and your customer.

How shipping works: Unlike services that hand your package to a third-party forwarder, ShipLulu ships through our own cross-border lines. We consolidate packages at our warehouse, clear customs with our own broker at destination, and hand off to local carriers (DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) for last-mile delivery. Full tracking throughout. Processing time: Orders approved by 2 PM CST ship same day. After 2 PM, next business day.
