ShipLulu started from a simple observation: thousands of e-commerce sellers source products from China, but shipping those products to their customers is still painful. Sellers juggle multiple freight forwarders, manually copy-paste tracking numbers, and never really know what they're paying until the invoice arrives.
We built ShipLulu differently. Instead of reselling other companies' shipping lines like most fulfillment services do, we invested in building our own cross-border e-commerce shipping infrastructure — direct airline contracts, destination customs clearance, and partnerships with last-mile carriers across Europe and North America. This gives our sellers lower costs, better tracking, and a single point of contact when things go wrong.
