Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ShipLulu (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on shiplulu.com. This website presents air DDP door rates and lets you request a quote. You do not need an account to browse. Shipping terms are in our Terms of service.

Who we are

ShipLulu is the brand of Shenzhen Hangyida International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd., a China freight forwarder established in 2013. We move air freight from China to the United States, Canada, the European Union, and Australia, delivered duty paid to the door.

What we collect

When you browse

You can read rates without creating an account or submitting a form. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL in order to serve the site, keep it secure, and diagnose errors. Google Fonts may load Roboto from Google’s servers when you open a page. To measure which ads send real visits, we also store a first-party log of page path, country, device class, campaign parameters (UTM), and Reddit click ID. That log does not include the body of a quote. We keep it on Cloudflare for about 180 days.

When you request a quote

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive whatever you send: email address, destination, goods type, weight, website if you provide one, and your note. The form is submitted over HTTPS to this website, then emailed to us. We use that information only to reply and to prepare a quote.

Advertising and links

If you arrive from an ad, the link may include UTM parameters (campaign, ad group, keyword) and a Reddit click ID (rdt_cid). Those values may be kept in your browser’s sessionStorage for the visit so we know which ad brought you here. They are included in a quote email only if you send one.

We use the Reddit Pixel and Reddit Conversions API to measure whether ads led to a quote request. The pixel may set first-party cookies such as _rdt_uuid on this domain. When you submit a quote, we may send Reddit a Lead event with match keys (email, IP address, browser, and click ID) so the request can be attributed to an ad. Reddit processes that under its ads terms. You can block third-party scripts in your browser; sending a quote still works without ads measurement.

Local diagnostics

The site may also keep a short event log in localStorage on your device (for example, which destination you opened). The same events are sent to our first-party ledger so we can compare ad clicks with real page views.

What we do not collect on this site

We do not take payment card numbers on this website. We do not require registration to view rates. We do not sell personal data.

How we use information

• To answer quote requests and arrange air DDP shipments
• To understand which pages and ads are useful (aggregated, and from UTM values you send with a quote)
• To keep the website available and secure

Legal bases under GDPR, where it applies: performance of a request you make (quote / contract steps), and legitimate interests in running and improving a B2B shipping site.

Who we share with

• Email: messages you send go through your email provider to ours.
• Hosting: Cloudflare provides the website and related security logs.
• Fonts: Google may process a connection to serve fonts.
• Ads measurement: Reddit receives Pixel and Conversions API events as described above.
• Carriers: if you later ship with us, name and delivery address are shared with last-mile partners as needed to deliver the parcel.
• Payments: if you pay by PayPal, PayPal processes that payment. Bank transfer is paid to our company account.

If we use advertising measurement (for example Reddit), that provider may receive campaign events according to its terms and your browser settings. We will not use that data to sell a list of visitors.

Retention

Quote emails are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for ordinary business records (typically up to 12 months for unanswered inquiries, longer if a shipment or invoice follows). Server logs follow our host’s standard retention. You can clear localStorage and sessionStorage in your browser at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@shiplulu.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We operate from China and work with carriers in destination countries. Information you send may be processed in China, the destination market, and where our host and email providers operate. We use HTTPS in transit.

Children

This site is for business sellers. It is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
