What we do not sell
Sea, EU truck (road), and rail are not our lanes. Those are cheaper, slower, mixed cargo. Our sellers want air: faster, cleaner, DDP to the door.
For new sellers — tax
You do not pay a separate import tax on top of this rate. That is what DDP means.
1. You pay the card rate
One $/kg + handling. No second invoice for “customs tax” on a normal parcel.
2. We pay duty and VAT
We clear the parcel and prepay destination tax. That is already in the price.
3. Buyer pays nothing extra
DHL / USPS / local post delivers. No “pay tax to release the package” surprise.
4. Declare the real value
Stay inside the market cap (EU €150, US $200, Canada $100, Australia $600). Fake-low values can still trigger extra tax — that part is on you.

What does DDP mean on this site?
Delivered Duty Paid. You pay one USD total. We prepay destination duty and VAT on a normal parcel. The buyer is not asked to pay tax on delivery.
Do I send cargo first?
No. Contact us first at hello@shiplulu.com. We confirm the air DDP lane and you pay, then you ship from China.
How long does it take?
Average 7–13 days to the door on DDP product lanes. Same range for the US, Canada, the EU, and Australia. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.
How do I hand over cargo in China?
After we confirm the quote, we pick up at your address in China, or you deliver to our warehouse (Shenzhen / Guangzhou). Do not send cargo before that.

Air DDP door to the United States, Canada, the European Union, and Australia. No sea, no EU truck, no rail.
What can I not ship?
