Do you use third-party shipping like 4PX or YunExpress?
No. Unlike most China-based fulfillment services that resell third-party forwarder channels, we built and operate our own e-commerce shipping lines. We have direct contracts with airlines and last-mile carriers. This means lower costs (no middleman markup), more reliable tracking, and faster issue resolution — because we control the entire chain.
How do I send products to your warehouse?
Create an inbound order in your dashboard, then ship products to our warehouse in Shenzhen, China using any carrier. We receive, inspect, and shelve your items — usually within 48 hours.
What platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify (one-click OAuth) and WooCommerce (API key). Orders, inventory, and tracking sync automatically. More platforms coming soon.
What if an item is damaged or lost?
All shipments include carrier insurance. If an item is damaged in our warehouse or lost in transit, we compensate based on the declared value. See our Terms of Service for details.
Do you handle customs and duties?
We prepare all customs documentation. For EU shipments, we support IOSS for orders under €150. Above that, duties are handled at destination per local regulations.
Is there a minimum order volume?
No. Ship 1 order a month or 10,000 — same service, same per-unit pricing. No contracts, no volume commitments.
How long does shipping take?
Depends on destination and channel. Economy to Europe: 10–20 days. Standard: 7–15. Express: 5–10. To the US: economy 8–18 days, express 5–8. Use our shipping calculator for specific routes.
