How to ship

We are a China freight forwarder, established in 2013. Start by contacting us. Do not send cargo first. We confirm the air DDP lane and you pay, then we pick up in China or you deliver to our warehouse. Average 7–13 days to the door on DDP product lanes.

   Contact us first

   Email hello@shiplulu.com. Send destination, what you ship, and weight. We usually reply within 12 hours.

   We confirm the USD quote

   You get the DDP door total: air + handling, duty and VAT included. No extra tax invoice on a normal parcel.

3. 3
   Pay

   PayPal or bank transfer. We send payment details with the quote. We do not take cards on this website.

4. 4
   Send cargo in China

   We pick up at your address in China, or you deliver to our warehouse (Shenzhen / Guangzhou). One parcel, packed for air — not sea or truck.

5. 5
   We fly DDP to the door

   Export, air, customs, last mile (DHL / USPS / local post). Your buyer is not asked to pay tax on delivery.

6. 6
   Delivered

   Average 7–13 days on DDP product lanes, all destinations. Tracking through to the door.
